About Carlos A Gállego

Carlos A Gállego received a degree in Architecture at the Universidad de Guanajuato in Guanajuato Mexico, which was considered to be one of the top 10 best architecture schools in Mexico at the time. While studying, Carlos took advantage of his family’s travel agency to travel extensively through Mexico, North America, and Europe to learn about the rich history of classical and contemporary architecture around the world, which still inform his design ethic today.
Carlos has extensive expertise in different project types acquired from over 28 years of experience working at globally recognized architectural firms, such as HOK. Carlos was involved in the design for project Guanajuato Nuevo Horizonte, an intensive and highly technical project commissioned by The State of Guanajuato. In 1994, Carlos began working in the US in order to expand his knowledge base, and he worked at several firms until he started his own practice in 1999.
Carlos participates in all roles and phases of his projects, and his work has been hailed for design excellence by the international community.
